Sweetwater Ices served italian ice at my daughter's wedding during the cocktail hour. It was July 3 and typical NC hot and humid weather. Italian ice was the most popular part of the wedding. Michael is incredibly personable -- everyone wanted a picture with him! The cart and his costume adds such a flair to the atmosphere. So fun! I wouldn't change a single thing about Sweetwater Ices during our cocktail hour. It was the perfect complement to her wedding day.

Which ice's are dairy free, gluten free, and vegan friendly?

Great question! All of our ice's are! We even offer a sugar free option.

How many guests can one cart serve?

One cart can serve between 100 and 120 guests per hour.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

Due to weather that affects your event, we allow rescheduling of events with a 48 hour notice. As long as we're available on the rescheduled date, we'll be there.

What if I need to cancel my event?

We allow cancellation up to two weeks prior to the event date. Anything past that time we retain the deposit, although your deposit can be applied to a later event date if you choose to do so.
